BDPS AC Rentals are open Monday - Friday from 6am to 10pm - Saturday and Sunday’s are by availability/appointment only. There is an extra emergency fee at arrival for delivery of any until after hours and on weekends.

Yes that is why we started this company, BDPS AC Rentals noticed a void of local AC rentals options and in FL heat - no one should be AC-less. We also noticed that big box stores now do not allow for convenient returns if you were to purchase a portable AC, plus more money spent and storage = hassle. We are local to Central FL and offer white glove service so you can stress-less and focus on your main AC repairs/replacement.
BDPS AC Rentals is very familiar with the term “size matter” and when you are talking portable AC units it truly does! If you are looking to cool a room of about 350 square feet you would want to rental an 8K unit or above. If you room is 400 square feet or less you would want to rent the 10K option. Another great alternative if you have a window that will work is our 14K option which does about 700 square feet. All options are great for you to at least cool one room while your main AC is being repaired/replaced.

How much should I expect to pay to rent a portable AC for a week instead of buying one for a temporary breakdown?
BDPS AC Rentals is super cheap compared to any other big name company coming out to setup portable AC units - our units can be rented daily (less then 7 days) weekly (7 days up to 29 - by week), and Monthly (30 days at a time). Our units very in cost per size but we rent units from 23$ a day to 30$ a day. For our weekly price it is every 7 days and gives you a discount instead of booking daily fees and the same for monthly. We also have a one time delivery, setup and haul away fee ranging from 150.00$ to 175.00$ depending on unit size.
